Welcome to our growing family of subscribers to KidFood, SmartFood and/or BabyTime. Our newsletters will bring you a continuous supply of creative nutrition ideas and recipes along with current nutrition news. You will save time by receiving nutrition information ready to use with your clients. |
- These newsletters are reproducible, in part or whole, for use in newsletters by subscribing agencies. Terms of your license are below. Please read before making any copies.
- As the "licensee", you may make copies of the KidFood, SmartFood and/or BabyTime newsletters for educational purposes only, and under no circumstances may they be sold.
- You may make copies in whole or in part for use in your own newsletters.
- The "licensee" refers to the original purchaser of the nutrition newsletters. If this is an agency, only the persons involved with that particular agency may copy the information.
- Limit of 1000 copies of a newsletter may be made from an individual newsletter. Special larger quantity pricing is available for agencies which want to reproduce more than 1000 copies of a newsletter. Special pricing is also available for state or regional agencies which want to distribute to local agencies.
- Agency logo, clinic schedules and other information can be added to newsletters.
- Agencies need to obtain written permission from Nutrition Matters, Inc. before posting SmartFood, KidFood and/or BabyTime on their website - contact us at info@numatters.com for permission. Nutrition newsletters can be displayed on an agency's website for educational purposes as long as there terms are followed: Newsletters may only be displayed for up to 6 months past their issuance month. For example; January's newsletters would need to be removed from the website by June 30th. Newsletters can only be archived up to 6 months past their issuance month on a website. Newsletters can only be posted on a website up to 5 days before the beginning of the issuance month. The name of the newsletter (KidFood, SmartFood or BabyTime) must be changed. "KidFood, SmartFood and BabyTime" cannot be used as keywords for search engines to the agency's website. Agency's website must specify that newsletters cannot be reproduced by another agency or business, or distributed to another agency's clientele. Subscriptions (emailed or mailed) can only be offered to the subscribing agency's clientele. Agencies or individuals outside of the subscribing agency's clientele shall be referred to Nutrition Matters, Inc.
- The name "Nutrition Matters, Inc." and copyright must appear on all copies. If using part of the publication (recipes, article), include "Nutrition Matters, Inc. - reprinted with permission".
- Unauthorized copying refers to copies made not in accordance with this license. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Nutrition Matters, Inc. is not responsible for use of information in KidFood, SmartFood and/or BabyTime by subscribers. The nutrition education material provided is for informational purposes only. Nutrition Matters, Inc. does not make representations about the suitability of these materials for any other purposes. Nutrition Matters, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for any use of these materials.
