1. When does my subscription expire? If you are receiving your newsletters by U.S. mail, the expiration month is listed on your shipping label. For example, "KF/SF 12/07" will expire with the 12/07 issues. If you are receiving your newsletters by email delivery, email us if you are unsure when your subscription expires.
2. Will you send a renewal notice? Yes, we send renewal notices up to 6 months ahead so you have time to budget for renewals and not miss issues. The expiration date of your subscription will be listed on the renewal notice.
3. What should I do if I haven't received issues? Please call us (715-831-1822) or email us (info@numatters.com). Packages are sometimes returned to us due to changes in address, etc.
